Digital and Analog. Those concepts are a lot more complex than you might be thinking…
There are two ways to represent information: digital and analog.
This distinction is crucial. Digital information can be compressed, copied without losing quality, and transmitted across vast distances with incredible speed. Analog, though more “natural” in how it captures information, can degrade over time and is less efficient to store or share. In easier terms, unlike analog, anything that is classified as “digital” has to have a set amount of responses, answers, numbers, etc. There can’t be infinite results or possibilities with something that is “digital”, like your phone! That’s as digital as digital gets.
